BEEF & MARINADE:
- 8oz beef tenderloin, finely sliced
- 1/4 green apple, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
VEGETABLES:
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 1 zucchini , cut into matchsticks
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 8 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 tsp garlic , minced
- 8 tsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp white sugar
- Sesame oil
BIBIMBAP SAUCE:
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp white sugar
- 1 garlic clove , finely grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
SERVE:
- White rice
