Ingredients
• 6 medium green bell peppers
• 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (6 7/8 oz / 195 g) box Rice-A-Roni, Spanish flavor
• 1 (16 oz / 450 g) can tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon (4 g) sugar
• 1 (14 1/2 oz / 411 g) can diced tomatoes (for rice preparation)
• 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese or American cheese
