Ingredients:
For the Crab Cakes:
- 1 lb lump crab meat (picked for shells)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For Serving:
- Lemon wedges
- Tartar sauce or aioli
