Ingredients

• 1.8–2.3 kg pork ribs (4–5 lb), baby back or spare ribs
• 2 teaspoons salt (10 g)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper (5 g)
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (10 g)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
• 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar (5 g)

For the BBQ Sauce (or use store-bought):

• 1 cup barbecue sauce (240 ml)
• 2 tablespoons ketchup (30 ml)
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 ml)
• 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar (30 g)
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
• ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional)
