- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt

- 100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
Optional Glaze
- 60 g (½ cup) powdered sugar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) milk
- 2–3 drops vanilla extract
