  • 4 tbsp (32 g) potato or cornstarch
  • 1½ cups (180 g) powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter, softened
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (≈8 g)
  • 400 ml whipped cream

For the Glaze:

  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 100 g milk chocolate
