- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 5 oz (140g) fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cups (470 mL) heavy cream
- 1¼ cups (250g) cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
