Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (CREAMY!)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish lightly.
  2. Spread the shredded chicken evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Top with ham pieces for a hearty layer of flavor.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and ham layer, making sure it covers every corner.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld and the dish set slightly.
