CHICKEN AND GREEN BEAN STIR FRY

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper. Rub seasonings into chicken. Add cornstarch and mix until all pieces are coated.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken in small batches, turning often, until golden and cooked through. Add more oil if needed. Set cooked chicken aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until tender.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, then add green beans, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated in sauce.
  7. Serve immediately over steamed rice.
