Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1 tablespoon oil, garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper. Rub seasonings into chicken. Add cornstarch and mix until all pieces are coated.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken in small batches, turning often, until golden and cooked through. Add more oil if needed. Set cooked chicken aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers until tender.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return chicken to skillet, then add green beans, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Stir until everything is evenly coated in sauce.
- Serve immediately over steamed rice.
