- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (40 g) all-purpose flour, cornstarch, or gluten-free potato starch
- 4 oz (115 g / 1 1/3 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill (1 g / 0.04 oz)
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) light olive oil or any high-heat cooking oil, for frying
Optional Garlic Aioli:
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
