  • 1 tsp (5 g) chili powder
  • 1 tsp (5 g) salt
  • ½ tsp (2 g) black pepper
  • 2 tbsp (16 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
  • 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
  • ½ cup (15 g) fresh cilantro, chopped

For the Flour Tortillas:

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp (2 g) salt
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) warm water
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
