- 2 tbsp (16 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (480 ml) beef broth
- 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- ½ cup (15 g) fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Flour Tortillas:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp (2 g) salt
- ¾ cup (180 ml) warm water
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
