Brownie Stuffed with Nest Milk Brigadeiro

Directions

Prepare the Brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 20 cm x 25 cm (8 x 10 in) baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, or in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  4. Add the eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate and butter mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the brownie begins to crack on top but is still moist inside. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Prepare the Nest Milk Brigadeiro Filling

8. In a medium saucepan, combine the condensed milk and flour, stirring to fully dissolve.
9. Add the heavy cream, white chocolate, and powdered milk to the pan.
10. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken. Once it reaches a boil, continue stirring for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool at room temperature.

Assemble the Brownie

11. Once the brownie is fully cooled, cut it into squares.
12. Using a small spoon or piping bag, create a cavity in the center of each brownie piece and fill generously with the Nest Milk Brigadeiro.
13. Optionally, dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar before serving.
