Broccoli Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13×9-inch (33×23 cm) baking dish.
  2. Cook the broccoli and onion. In a medium saucepan, cook broccoli and onion over medium heat until tender. Drain any excess water.
  3. Mix the casserole ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, mushroom soup, and eggs. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Add broccoli and onion. Gently fold the cooked broccoli and onion into the mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to baking dish. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Bake. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–45 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Serve warm. Let it sit a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
