Blackened Fish with Grilled Corn

Instructions:

Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Pat fish dry, brush with olive oil, and coat both sides generously with the seasoning.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through with a smoky crust.

Brush corn with melted butter, sprinkle with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, about 10 minutes until charred and tender.

Serve fish and corn together, garnished with cilantro, dill, and lime wedges.
