Beef Kabobs

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag and add the cubed beef. Seal and refrigerate for 10 minutes or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
  3. Cut the bell peppers and onion into chunks. Thread the beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes, until the beef reaches your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
