Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake for 7–8 minutes until partially cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Once cooled, cut each bacon strip in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each shrimp and place them seam side down on a clean baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to make the glaze.
- Bake the shrimp for 7–8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the shrimp with the prepared glaze. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Turn on the broiler. Brush the shrimp with glaze one more time and broil for 3–4 minutes until the glaze is caramelized and slightly sticky.
- Serve immediately, while warm, for maximum flavor and crispiness.
