Baked Sausage Hashbrown Balls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sausage, Bisquick mix, shredded cheddar, and softened cream cheese. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. You can use a dough hook attachment on a stand mixer for ease.
  3. Form the balls. Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, portion the mixture and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each ball.
  4. Bake. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the sausage is fully cooked.
  5. Cool and serve. Allow the hashbrown balls to cool for a few minutes before serving. They’re delicious on their own or paired with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, salsa, or spicy aioli.
