Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return them to the pot. Stir in the cream cheese until fully combined and creamy.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef, stirring until fragrant.
  5. Pour the spaghetti sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Spread a portion of the meat sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  7. Layer the cream cheese spaghetti over the meat sauce.
  8. Top the spaghetti with the remaining meat sauce, spreading evenly.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  10. Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
  11. Allow the casserole to rest for a few minutes before serving.
