Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
For the Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp:
2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4. Roll the bacon-wrapped shrimp in the brown sugar-spice mixture until evenly coated.
5. Arrange the shrimp on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until bacon is crispy and shrimp are cooked through.
For the Bacon-Wrapped Salmon:
6. Wrap each salmon fillet with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
7. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped salmon.
8. Place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the bacon is crisp.
For the Bacon-Wrapped Lamb Chops:
9. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over each lamb chop.
10. Wrap a slice of bacon around each lamb chop and secure with a toothpick if needed.
11. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 2–3 minutes per side until the bacon is crispy.
12. Transfer the lamb chops to a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes to your desired doneness.
- Remove toothpicks before serving. Serve the bacon-wrapped shrimp, salmon, and lamb chops together for a decadent, flavorful feast.
