Amish Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie

Directions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, then the thawed lemonade concentrate and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is firm and set.
  5. Add Topping: Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices or zest if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
