Introduction

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (900 g) ground beef
  • ½ large onion, chopped

  • 3 ½ cups (840 ml) beef broth or water
  • 2 cans (15 oz / 425 g each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (10 oz / 285 g) fire-roasted Rotel tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 2 cups (200 g) elbow pasta
  • A few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup (100 g) freshly grated American cheese
