Cooking Instructions:
4. Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes. Preheating ensures even cooking and helps to crisp up the exterior.
5. Arrange the Onion Rings in the Basket
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil spray to prevent sticking.
Lay the onion rings in a single layer, leaving space between each ring so the air can circulate properly. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your fryer.
Lightly spray the tops of the rings with oil spray to help them crisp.
6. Air Fry the Onion Rings
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through (at the 5-6 minute mark).
The rings are done when they’re golden brown and crisp.
Thicker onion rings may require an additional minute or two.
Note: Avoid overcrowding or stacking rings — this results in soggy coating.
