Ingredients
🔹 For the Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken tenders or chicken breast strips
- 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
(or 1 cup / 240 ml milk + 1 tablespoon / 15 ml vinegar) - ½ cup (60 g / 2.1 oz) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (100 g / 3.5 oz) breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) paprika
- ½ teaspoon (3 g) salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
- Cooking spray or 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) oil

- ¼ cup (85 g / 3 oz) honey
- 2 tablespoons (28 g / 1 oz) unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 9 g)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (optional)
- Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
