Air Fryer Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Grease three mini loaf pans and set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until creamy. Add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix to combine. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Add half of the flour mixture to the banana mixture and stir until just combined. Then fold in the remaining flour mixture.
  6. Gently stir in the chopped pecans (or other add-ins).
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  8. Scoop the batter into the prepared mini loaf pans, filling each about halfway. (For larger pans, fill about ⅔ full.)
  9. Place the pans in the air fryer basket and bake at 330°F for 20–25 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center to check doneness—it should come out clean.
  10. Remove the pans from the air fryer and let the banana bread cool completely before slicing and serving.
