Ingredients

For the Fruit Topping

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges or mango chunks
  • 120 ml (½ cup) fruit juice or pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, to taste)
