- 200 g back bacon, chopped (≈ 7 oz)
- 150 g fresh baby spinach (≈ 5.3 oz)
- ½ cup shredded carrots (≈ 60 g / 2 oz)
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Extra shredded cheddar cheese for topping
