  • 250 g (1 cup) ricotta cheese
  • 240 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 80 g (6 tablespoons) sunflower oil
  • 16 g (1 tablespoon) baking powder (vanilla flavored)
  • 3 g (½ teaspoon) vanilla powder
  • 1 vial (approx. 10 ml) rum
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (from the total sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
