Ingredients:
Cake:
- 3 tablespoons (24 g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g) cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) light brown sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon (14 g) melted butter
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) whole milk
Streusel:
- 1 tablespoon (8 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon (12 g) light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon (0.5 g) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) melted butter
Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) milk
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter and milk until smooth.
- Prepare streusel by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; sprinkle over the top of the batter.
- Microwave on high for 60–70 seconds until the cake has set.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to create glaze, then drizzle over the warm cake. Serve immediately.

- Use a large enough mug to prevent overflow.
- Microwave power varies, so check the cake after 60 seconds and adjust time as needed.
- Let cakes cool slightly before eating—they continue to firm up as they rest.
