Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup (40 g) self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons (28 ml) vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds until the cake has risen and is set. Let it cool slightly before serving.
