Tater Tot Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add diced onions to the skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until translucent.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup over the beef mixture. Add green beans if using.
  9. Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top of the casserole. Sprinkle cheese if desired.
  10. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy this comforting, family-friendly meal.
