Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onions to the skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring frequently.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Pour the condensed cream of mushroom soup over the beef mixture. Add green beans if using.
- Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top of the casserole. Sprinkle cheese if desired.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
