Sugar-Free Condensed Milk with Just 3 Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and sugar substitute. Whisk together until the sweetener is mostly dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Step 2: Heat and Simmer

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cook uncovered, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.

Step 3: Reduce the Milk

Continue simmering for 25–30 minutes, or until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens slightly. The milk should have a creamy, syrupy consistency.

Step 4: Cool and Store

Remove the condensed milk from the heat and allow it to cool completely. It will thicken a bit more as it cools. Transfer to a clean jar or airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
