Ingredients:

For the Steak and Vegetables:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, but adds flavor)
For the Hibachi Sauce (optional but recommended):
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
For Serving:
  • Cooked rice or fried rice
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)
