- Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended broth into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once simmering, add the ramen noodles and cook until al dente, about 3–4 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and soft-boiled eggs if desired.
