Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except egg yolk and sesame) to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll out each portion into a flat rectangle. Brush with melted butter and roll it up tightly.
- Let the rolls rest for 30 minutes.
- After resting, roll each piece again slightly and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Make small cuts on top for decoration.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until puffy.
- Brush each roll with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
