Soft & Fluffy Homemade Bread

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except egg yolk and sesame) to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  3. Roll out each portion into a flat rectangle. Brush with melted butter and roll it up tightly.
  4. Let the rolls rest for 30 minutes.
  5. After resting, roll each piece again slightly and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Make small cuts on top for decoration.
  6. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until puffy.
  7. Brush each roll with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
