PORK CHOPS:

  • ▢1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • ▢1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ▢1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper

  • ▢1/2 cup all-purpose flour

FOR GRAVY:

  • ▢ 1/2 cup chicken broth, divided
  • ▢ 3/4 cup buttermilk or heavy cream
