Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Flatten Dough: Take each biscuit and press it into a 4-inch round circle.

Add Filling:

Place a spoonful of shredded brisket in the center.

Add a spoonful of beer cheese on top.

Fold and seal the dough tightly, forming a ball.

Pretzel Bath:

Boil 6 cups of water and stir in 1/4 cup baking soda.

Drop each dough ball into the boiling water for 15 seconds.

Remove and place on the baking sheet.

Egg Wash & Bake:

Beat the egg and brush over each dough ball.

Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve Warm:

Serve as is or with extra beer cheese dip on the side.
