Instructions
- In the slow cooker, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken drumsticks to the slow cooker and baste them with the sauce to coat evenly.
- Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to form a smooth paste.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and cook on high for 15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
- Optional: For extra caramelization, baste the chicken with the sauce and place under a grill for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with rice, noodles, or vegetables.
