Simple Yeast Bread

Directions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, salt, and dry yeast. Gradually add lukewarm water while mixing. Knead until you achieve a smooth, elastic dough.
  2. Let It Rise: Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and leave it in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
  3. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 210°C (410°F) and prepare the springform pan. Lightly grease or line it with parchment paper.
  4. Shape the Dough: Transfer the risen dough into the prepared pan. Smooth the top gently with your hands.
  5. Bake: Place the pan on the middle rack and bake for 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
  6. Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with butter, jam, or your favorite spreads.
