Reese’s Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Batter
    • In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
    • Whisk in melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
    • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
    • Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (don’t overmix).
  3. Add the Candy
    • Fold in chopped Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
    • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
    • Sprinkle a few extra Reese’s pieces on top for that bakery-style look.
  4. Bake
    • Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Serve
    • Slice thick and enjoy warm — the melted chocolate and peanut butter are pure perfection!

Tips

  • Use super ripe bananas for maximum flavor and sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Warm slices in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that “fresh-from-the-oven” taste.
