Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Whisk in melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Add the Candy
- Fold in chopped Reese’s cups and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle a few extra Reese’s pieces on top for that bakery-style look.
- Bake
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve
- Slice thick and enjoy warm — the melted chocolate and peanut butter are pure perfection!
Tips
- Use super ripe bananas for maximum flavor and sweetness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Warm slices in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that “fresh-from-the-oven” taste.
