- Marinate the chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and allow the chicken to come to room temperature while the oven heats.
- Prepare for baking: Lightly grease a large baking tray. Arrange the marinated chicken thighs on the tray, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake the chicken: Roast for 28–30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and crispy on the outside and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
