Pink Sweetie Mocktail – A Romantic Sip of Bliss!

Directions

  1. Start by chilling your serving glasses in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. A cold glass keeps the mocktail refreshing and visually stunning.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or large jar, add the strawberry juice, pink lemonade, coconut milk, and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Shake gently for 15–20 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and slightly frothy, with a soft pastel pink color.
  4. Taste the mixture and add simple syrup or honey if needed, shaking briefly again to combine.
  5. Fill the chilled glasses halfway with ice cubes, preferably clear or crushed for a romantic look.
  6. Pour the pink mixture over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  7. Slowly top each glass with sparkling water or lemon soda to add fizz without disturbing the creamy layers too much.
  8. Give a very gentle stir to blend, allowing the bubbles to rise naturally.
  9. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a lemon wheel on the rim. Add rose petals or mint for an extra touch of elegance.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy while the mocktail is fresh, bubbly, and beautifully chilled.
