Pillsbury Crescent Rolls with Cheese and Garlic

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the dough: Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into individual triangles.
  3. Add the filling: Spread about 1 teaspoon of garlic butter over each triangle. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered triangles.
  4. Roll the crescents: Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle toward the point. Tuck the ends underneath to seal the cheese inside.
  5. Brush with garlic butter: Melt any remaining garlic butter in the microwave for a few seconds and brush it over the tops of each rolled crescent.
  6. Bake: Place the crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm for the best cheesy, garlicky flavor.
