Ingredients

  • 225 g (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder

For Topping

  • 15 g (1 tbsp) melted butter
  • 5 g (1 tsp) dried parsley or Italian seasoning
