Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and have your pre-baked pie crust ready.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Filling
In a bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread this evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
3. Add the Chocolate Layer
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream together, stirring until smooth. Pour this mixture over the peanut butter layer.
4. Decorate
Sprinkle the mini Reese’s peanut butter cups evenly over the chocolate layer.
5. Garnish
Top with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips for added texture and flavor.
6. Bake and Chill
Bake the pie for 10–15 minutes, just until the chocolate is set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
7. Serve
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Slice and enjoy your decadent dessert!
