Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, cornstarch, and egg yolks.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a smooth custard.
  3. Remove from heat and let the custard cool to room temperature.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, ice cream, and chopped peaches until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a medium ovenproof or serving dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
