Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

These were the best pork chops I have eaten in a long time. So moist and tender and the flavors were amazing!

Janet’s Parmesan baked pork chops are easy to make and a great weeknight dinner option. They’re tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

The flavors of garlic and Parmesan cheese pop in the savory breading.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 t Italian Seasoning
  • 4 6 oz Center Cut Loin Chops
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan Cheese
