Prepare the Potato Balls:
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
Bake to Perfection:
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Place potato balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
