Oven-Baked Cheesy Garlic Potato Balls

Directions

Prepare the Potato Balls:

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  3. Dip each ball in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.

Bake to Perfection:

5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Place potato balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Preparation Time

About 50–60 minutes total, including boiling and chilling.
