Instructions:
- Cook the beef → In a large pot, brown ground beef with onion until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic & seasoning → Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes.
- Add liquids → Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Add bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer → Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add pasta → Stir in elbow macaroni. Cover and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Finish → Remove bay leaf. Stir in cheese (optional) or sprinkle on top when serving.
- Serve → Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy warm!
