Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust by combining the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until the mixture resembles damp sand.
2. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 8x8-inch pan to create an even layer. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
3. While the crust chills, make the filling. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
4. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate chips, mixing until combined. If desired, add the chopped walnuts for extra crunch.
5. Once the crust has chilled, evenly spread the filling mixture on top of the crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.
6. Chill the assembled bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the filling is firm enough to slice.
7. After chilling, cut the bars into squares, serve, and enjoy this delightful treat!
