No Bake Chocolate Pie

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the heavy cream to the bowl with the chocolate.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds, then let it sit for 1–2 minutes. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully blended into a silky filling.
  7. Pour the chocolate filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until completely set.
  9. Once chilled, top the pie generously with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
  10. Refrigerate again until serving time.
